新北市Cheng-You Tsai 前面跑得太快了,因為不想太早遇到太陽,所以趕快跑,跑給太陽追,看似平坦的豐原大道,原來是一個長的緩上坡及緩下坡,爬了2座天橋,一圈豐原大道近12K跑起來真的有累到了,後來跑到后里科技園區,也是一樣看似平路,結果也是上上下下,跑到23K太陽也出來了,太陽出來就是熱的開始,迎面而來又是一個長上坡,隨後跑進后豐鐵馬道,進去之前先補上2杯仙草冰,有樹蔭的鐵馬道,終於不用一直曬太陽,後來進了9號隧道,隧道長又陰涼,剛好可以調整呼吸,也可順便降一下溫度,出了隧道又跑了一段鐵橋,之後跑進產業道路,然後又回到豐洲科技園區,此時肚子痛,也許前段跑太快,就這樣忍著痛,半走半跑的,時間一秒一秒過去,均速原本5分20,一直降到5分33,我依然忍痛繼續慢慢跑,希望能再破PB,結果看到拱門了,直接給它衝過去,拱門時間顯示3:49:XX,我又破PB了。分組取前15,我分26還差一些~ 賽前宣言: 第8馬~ 賽後評分: 補給很棒~ 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~137 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 137~154 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 154~160 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 160~169 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 169~174 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為174 點此去設定最大心率 |
