| 継去年京都馬自由行成功後 今年選擇了美麗的姫路城馬拉松當自由行的目標 今年帶著歡樂一定能完賽的心情開心跑 在冷冷的溫度 乾淨的空氣加上熱情的民眾加油聲下起跑 前半馬與芬姐芳姐一邊吃吃喝喝一邊跑一邊照相 在沒有壓力的心情下 全程呼吸不會太喘 雖然30k後腳有感 但尚能慢慢跑回終點 終點遇到許多臺灣來的跑友們 大家開心合照留念 完賽後三人到附近的華樂之湯小泡一下 回到民宿玲雪已經變出豐富的一桌幫我們慶功 真是超級幸福的三人組 感動耶! 賽後評分: 大會補給普通 但民眾的熱情和私補很給力^_^ 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 106~129 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 129~145 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 145~150 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 150~159 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 159~164 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為164 點此去設定最大心率 |
