跟當年一起初馬的朋友共跑,
大家都成功 Sub6 ...XD
這次換穿多年未上場比賽的 Rider 16,
腳底竟然又起了小水泡,
而且腳趾在下坡時一直有擠壓感,
希望指甲別黑掉...
還好我後來的鞋子都有買加大半號到一號..
昨天雖然心情上是輕鬆跑,
整路幾乎都在6小時配速員附近出沒,
不過跑了6小時還是好累喔~
尤其是最後3K為了陪朋友們搶在6小時前回來,
沒什麼休息一直跑,
水泡、腳趾都讓我跑得不大舒服,
還好至少肌肉今天起床後檢查沒什麼痠痛.
明年再跑一年就取得VIP了,
取得VIP後,
還要再跑幾次?
賽後評分: 今年的補給多樣性稍減,不過這不能算缺點.
既然起點設雙溪高中,覺得廁所應該多開放一些,不然幾千名跑友起跑前還要排長長的隊等廁所..
