很久沒跑用7分速跑長跑了
上星期跑,睡眠不足,即使跑的龜速,心跳率平均高達150,最大時跳率達到196。
這星期五決定好好睡一覺。果然差很多。順著體感跑,也沒啥喘,速度比上星期每公里鐘快了將1分多鐘,但心跳率卻是132。
睡眠不足,真的是長跑速度殺手啊…
