新北市L 今天是跟大魔王決一死戰的日子!一個在今年五月才完成515初鐵的菜鳥,居然就來挑戰113半程超級鐵人(游1.9K、騎90K、跑21K),然後也順利完賽了!
一早就下雨,只能祈禱等等比賽的時候別下雨,開始比賽的時候真的沒下雨了!車子停好後,頂著雨騎去會場,沒想到居然爆胎了!還好還能撐到會場,一到會場就趕快換內胎,折騰了一下。
活水湖真的是很美,水質乾淨到能看的水下的一切,水草、魚、湖底!因為前一夜開始下雨,所以水溫有點涼。游到一半晶片差點掉了,害我後來邊游邊確認掉了沒,不然應該比賽爆發可以拼看看50分內。
開始騎車之後,預定的目標是三小時,但不幸的是……回程剩下不到30K的時候居然又爆胎了!我早上把備用的內胎用完了,機動巡邏的工作人員居然也沒有,我只好使出苦肉計,向路過的選手求助,有個好心的085給了我一條內胎,這樣前前後後也折騰了30多分鐘,所以預定的目標沒達成……所以說故障排除也是鐵人的必備技能之一啊!
最後跑步的時候一開始飄雨,想說這樣涼涼的好,沒想到後來居然狂風暴雨,賽道上還積水,最深到腳踝,跑起來非常吃力。
如果今天能夠順順利利的話,可能可以進七小時以內,但沒關係,這些都不是藉口,重點我完賽了!留點進步的空間給下一次~
