蘭潭夜跑共七圈,這路線很熟悉,並不難跑,尤其是以逆時針方向,起跑前碰到深大,稍微小聊一下,出發後碰到斗棒的小曹,本來預定以5分半的速度,第一圈又爆衝了,跑完第一圈看時間只有29分,難怪覺得快爆掉了⋯⋯
可能是補給太好了吧!我每站都停,而且至少喝3杯飲料,吃西瓜,尤其是跑到第五、六圈時,肚子撐到都跑不下去了,補給站裡的鄧大還大聲說,小珠老師怎麼用走的呢!想當年…唉呀!最近每跑一場就被嘲笑一場呢!可是意志力真的退步了,累了就想停下來用走的,走了之後就不想跑了⋯
第五六圈跑跑走走,愈來愈累,蘭谭跑跑步的蔡桑從後方騎著腳踏車過來問我是否需要任何補給,揪感心的,他還說小戴姐就在後方不遠處喔!可見小戴姐狀況也不好吧!不然怎可能還在我後面…
