之前臀部拉傷,一週都沒跑,想說比較好,想不到今天後半段有點復發🤧。
上次跑全馬是三月了,跑完有點累到。
跑完馬上回竹山吃晚餐(因為賽後餐點不愛),回到竹山都12點😱!!
話說這單位有很多改進空間🤔

#躺著玩坐著玩趴著玩臺江水上樂園 賽前宣言: 好久沒跑星光馬了!!睽違的台南星光馬我來了~~ 賽後評分: 補給千篇一律,沒變化。只有水果、豆干、甜不辣、鳥蛋。全馬沒有熱食、肉、麵等。感覺後半段補給間隔很長。跑到後面肚子很餓。路線規劃不太理想,有的路線甚至淹水。伴手禮也一般,跑完沒便當🤧🤧。這場吸引人就只有獎牌『 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 119~145 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 145~163 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 163~169 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 169~179 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 179~184 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為184 點此去設定最大心率 |
