完全沒有料到,在這麼舒適乾涼適合跑馬的天氣,迎來的會是一場超級硬仗......本就舒服的龜速跑了,左小腿還能在跑到「10K」剛經過會場時直接拉傷,直達深層的疼痛痛到突然不知所措,就當拐回會場外邊即將準備面對跑馬至今以來第一場棄賽時,看著後面陸續通過的跑友群,除了羨慕之外,才發現原來棄賽也是需要勇氣和智慧,是需要面對無法完賽的遺憾以及如何做出最佳抉擇的智慧,這是跑馬百種樣態中常見,但自己還不曾遇過的課題......

賽後評分: 第三年參加全馬組,整體而言是場好的賽事,只可惜:1、備有運動噴劑的醫護站太少,沿站詢問都只得到「去下一個補給站問問看」令人失望的回覆,緊急醫護應變措施明顯不足。2、成績證明沒有透明夾(袋)可裝,這紙大概只方便拿來應急墊便當使用。
