五月連續三周比賽的第二周,來到了板橋跑個好多年沒參加的海山馬拉松,還記得當年還沒開始跑全馬,然後半馬跑完覺得幹嘛要來虐待自己(當年是個大晴天),不過永遠都記得那張手寫的成績證明,我想跑過那麼多場比賽大概就只有這張證明最不同了吧。這次再來挑戰還是在趕業績,所以選擇比較近的賽事參加,也早就做好被曬成人乾的心理準備,反正上星期已經被曬過一次了啊!
一早起來感覺是個陰天,其實滿期待可以下場雨涼爽一下,不過沒出太陽就很謝天謝地了。抵達會場後雖然是小比賽還是很多朋友參加,我想應該不會有一場比上星期的比賽還要小的吧。今天是個狀況普普的起跑,一開始其實就跟著集團一路狂奔,大概奔了10K就不行了,腿一直有種過度負荷的感覺,問題是我最近應該沒怎麼操自己啊,所以不停降速保住雙腿比較重要,然後就開始不停地被刷卡,實在悲劇。寫到這大概就寫完這次比賽的心得了,因為後面就是龜速往前,加上天氣悶熱也只能咬牙維持了。一直到最後幾個補給站補給後慢慢有在加速,不過也只是讓自己成績好看一點,應該是沒追過幾個人啦,最後跟賽前預測慢了十分多,覺得實在是太弱了,要不是有hold住大概連女子前幾名都要來刷我卡了我想。很幸運拿到分組名次提了個獎盃回家,五月剩一場比賽就輕鬆跑吧。
這場比賽完全是個詭異的狀況,已經很久沒有跑到腿兒這樣疲勞了,實在搞不懂為什麼,然後也沒有我想要的及時雨降溫一下,悶熱悶熱的還好補給站很給力,每站都吃西瓜香蕉順便潑水在身上,所以今天除了補給站之外幾乎都用跑的,意志力還算是堅強,特別是最後2K不斷加速的情況下,可以戰勝內心的惡魔一路跑回終點,這樣就夠了啦。下禮拜太平山過後總數就要來到9字頭了,但夏天真的都沒比賽可以跑了,持續擔心中! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
