台中小冰 今天原先的目標是330,為了因應越來越熱的天氣,以及毒辣的太陽,原先預訂的配速相對的保守。本來打算從頭到尾都配4:50/km,但比賽的前段太陽被擋住了,相對的涼了一點,所以不自覺得又跑的稍微快了點。後段遇到人擠人,加上天氣漸熱,開始每站都停下來,喝水、沖水降溫、甚至吃冰棒,哈。大約35K開始就爆了,無力提速,但這次好多了,至少沒有再抽筋,順利完賽,還幸運上了凸台,又是幸運的一天^^ 賽前宣言: 潭雅神大冒險升級版? 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 128~155 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 155~175 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 175~181 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 181~192 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 192~197 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為197 點此去設定最大心率 |
