新北市谷將 新北市谷將 前半段配速控制在5:10左右,到30K還是無法突破,撞牆期開始作祟,速度大幅降到6:20,有1分多鐘的降差,腳痠不打緊,意志力薄弱腦海浮現放棄念頭,跑跑停停下里程不知不覺也縮短了,這時心中有破四念頭,看了看手表預測的時間,有希望破四,於是最後5公里以平穩速度慢慢前進,到達終點時間剛好破四以3:59:34秒達標,但離自己最佳紀錄差約10分鐘,繼續努力,加油!
