| 今天是我第一次參加元旦曙光馬(初馬),狀況還蠻多的,清晨到會場是下雨的,跑步的時候都是逆風,到後面6公里的時候是2隻小腿抽筋狀態,而且還耳鳴,去補給站喝水時是恍神,整個都快暈到了,神智不清的感覺,當下就覺得以後不要再參加這種虐人的賽事,但我最後還是有拿到分組第四名(獎牌很漂亮),覺得好不可思議喔! 賽後評分: 補給品沒有很豐盛 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~140 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 140~158 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 158~163 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 163~173 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 173~178 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為178 點此去設定最大心率 |
