今天參加屏東萬丹紅豆馬,是我的第二場馬拉松,披星戴月凌晨三點便集合出發,由於已經有初馬的經驗,稍微節制點不再一開始便暴衝,跑友都說要均速配速,跟住和自己速度相當的人跑,半馬之後這次有進步没有降速太多,三十多公里時,雙腳還是避免不了關節和肌肉的痠痛,這是肌耐力不足,漫長的最後三公里,彷彿太空漫步,用盡吃奶的力最終還是抵達終點,比上次初馬進步了5分鐘,達成自己設定的目標,為今年賽事畫下句號。 賽後評分: 雖然寒流來襲,但屏東氣溫適中,好個跑馬天 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 108~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~148 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 148~153 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 153~162 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 162~167 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為167 點此去設定最大心率 |
