跑過最多南橫60,這次冬山河有50mile(80k)我又想進階挑戰了,加上有朋友報名也會去設補給站,就跟報囉!
繞圈賽也是訓練磨意志力,這也是除了里程數外自己也想挑戰這種模式的一環,6圈,前3圈可以順利跑完,第4圈開始疲累,第5圈也是跑的不太輕鬆,跑走跑走,最後一圈就感到愉快的心情腳步也跟著輕了,就這樣順順跑回到終點,還有朋友一群陪我跑進終點好感動。
