9/18開始週週馬,身體好像有點負荷不了,體能狀況來不及恢復,這場從頭到尾都一直覺得使不上力,得想辦法恢復身體狀況,週週馬到明天了...
賽後評分: 多年沒跑葡萄馬,重溫舊夢,風景依然美得讓人讚歎。很喜歡路線的設計是跑進各個原住民部落,熱情的加油和私補是臺灣馬拉松少有的特色。可能是因為參加人數不多,補給較為中規中矩,少了記憶中各樣美味當地農產品吃到飽,不過天氣涼爽,有基本和水、運動飲料、香蕉這些也就夠了。希望下次可以吃到讓我懷念回味無窮的農產品。
