前一天烙賽
星期六跑沒5k就已經呈現無力的狀態了
本來想跑一圈交代一下就放棄
但是折返跑第二圈時又覺得好像還可以
但到大概30k時,又開始發作了
這次連帶著出現抽筋的現象
只好快抽筋前趕緊停下來走
因為這時候已經連慢慢走都是種折磨
後來的10k都是在跑不到100m就必需走一下
到最後連跑50m都已經是無法做到
比我自己預訂5小時慢了超過一個半小時
東西真的不能亂吃啊
