| 終於完成了初馬,真的有夠傷的!前三段超出先前的預設的速度,但過了22K之後就每下愈況;近30K時發現兩腳底磨破皮,有流了一點血,從此以後就整個亂了套,只好想停就停,也不管幾段式了,能完賽就謝天謝地了!還好今天下雨,要是大熱天就可能被關門了!
看來這場初馬也是我的最後一馬了,赤足跑全馬對我來言,僅此一次,下不為例!
明年還有兩場全馬,改變策略,赤足跑完半馬,剩下的半馬,就穿上鞋子,邊走邊吃補給,等著回收車來回收吧!
