宜蘭龍隱 前幾天不小心受點風寒,3/17上午鼻水還流個不停,幸好下午後逐漸好轉,否則隔天的全馬不知能否完賽?
早上3點半起牀,梳理後把昨天買的麵包吃完,4點15分出發。本想開到萬里漁港附近停車,但沿路一位難求,結果停到山上,離集合處約3.5公里。幸好有帶小折,不過上下坡,騎起來也不是很輕鬆,感覺好像參加兩鐵比賽!這次起跑區被分在D區,經過起點已是2分鐘以後,不過志在參加,晚點出發無傷大雅!
原訂策略分段式慢跑,前三段赤足,順利達標。第四段改穿蚱蜢戰鞋,跑到35公里處,兩腿開始出現狀況,最後的7公里,只好全程步兵,還不錯5小時17分完賽!
