天氣會不會太熱了?7點20起跑就很熱了,更何況跑到11點多,沿途還看到跑友把整瓶水往頭上倒,只是我不想這樣,如果淋濕了鞋子,後面會很難過更不好跑。
開始和領先者跑,速度被帶到4分20有點喘,稍放慢一些知道今天狀況不好天氣也不允許跑快,就索性不太看錶,自己不要太累(怎麼可能不累,都跑到快放棄了),路上里程也亂放,原以為可以少跑至少1K,沒想到最後全都要回來,還跑沙灘哩!
基本上往雙溪的半圈,真是意志消沈,又熱水補給又太長,感覺真的
