ps. 起跑忘了按表,到一公里處(其實只有 0.9km)等不到手錶震動,喵了一下才趕快按啟動。
這一陣子狀況很差,不管是體力或是體重都處於非常不利的狀況!
本來想棄賽的,但考慮到花了那麼多的報名費,還是去吃吃喝喝回一點本,能跑多少就跑多少。跑著跑著,到跑完第八圈(一圈 2.97 公里)肌肉就開始酸了,第九圈酸到在路邊拉筋不然跑不下去,沒想到 10, 11, 12, 13 圈狀況反而恢復不少(或許因為我補給站之後連走兩百公尺,加上上坡段再走三百公尺,等於每三公里休息兩次,有省到力氣吧!)第十四、十五圈有點小辛苦,但還是跑完了,5:08 跑完 44.5km 已經遠遠超過我的預期,然後第十六圈走著走著,就跑不起來了,打電話給老婆說我放棄了,跑完這一圈就回家,請老婆來接我,可是後半段下坡又活回來了!!雖然覺得自己再一圈沒問題,但老婆應該已經出門了,想想還是算了,這一場沒有低標限制,既然已經跑超過一馬,那就算一馬!這次跑得爛,下次才有進步的空間!
