前半段跑很穩 配7分半 上山頂...
嘉年華12小時賽的傷左腳掌已經發腫了...
花了6小時20分攻頂跑完前半段....
吃點小東西就已5分半速度拉下山....
到78折返點..換好衣物繼續往下跑
5分半維持到天龍飯店78k開始感覺
腳越來越緊...開始掉速ㄒ.ㄒ
不能在跑了 在跑肯定抽筋....
然後就跑一下走一下......下山還是拉太快了...
應該6分速 失策了...
93k的時候也來到12小時..手錶也沒電了....
慢慢當步兵邊跑邊走...至少完賽了...呼呼
