最後1K的牌子,其實離終點有兩公里左右!!
起跑又晚了10分鐘!!真是犯了我兩大忌諱啊!!
本來賽前預估五小時內跑完就好了。
因為山路和長距離根本練不夠,所以沒有再拚命的打算。加上跑完之後就要接著去玩個幾天,想說不要操勞。上坡跑走,下坡再跑起來,策略很成功,
隔天筋骨沒有很酸痛,可以正常玩正常爬山!
可惜的就是那多出來的里程數害我沒有在五個小時之內跑完!恨意無限啊~ XD
