第一屆卓蘭水果馬拉松在寒流隴罩低溫中出發,唯一欣慰的是沒有下雨,上上下的的山路真是很累人,還好一開始就設定吃吃喝喝的玩賽,因此出發也沒跟著暴衝,慢慢的前進吃補給…葡萄、香蕉、蕃茄、楊桃及各項特色小吃、永安喜餅、砂鍋魚頭、雞酒、蘿蔔糕、葡萄酒…真是吃撐了,全程除了最後的一個"孬種坡"以外,竟然都順利的龜上去,倒是下坡小心翼翼的,以免脆弱的膝蓋再度受傷就麻煩了;這場原本設定在5個小時之內完賽,結果竟然430以內就回來了,真是開心! 賽前宣言: 加油~無傷完賽! 賽後評分: 工作人員辛苦了 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~132 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 132~149 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 149~154 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 154~163 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 163~168 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為168 點此去設定最大心率 |
