| 首場外縣市馬拉松也是首場全馬,禮拜五下午就請假搭火車到花蓮,當天4點起來,搭接駁火車再轉接駁公車到太魯閣遊客中心活動會場,8點起跑,一路上坡,但是坡度還好,沒有之前練習的中正山跟吳氏宗祠陡,所以一路順順的上去,速度不敢太快,因為要跑42.195KM,不再是21KM,遇到補給站也大多進去,喝杯水也好,全馬的風景真的不錯,沿途看到太魯閣牌樓、長春祠、燕子口、九曲洞、天祥,過了折返點一看,怎麼只剩下不到5KM,時間還很多,sub4有望,加上又是一路下坡,可以衝下去,心裡正得意的衝刺時,突然發現路邊的指示牌標記還有10KM,原來是因為隧道太多太長,GPS手錶亂掉,所以有些放棄,但是想還是要盡量創下自己初馬的好成績,所以還是努力跑,最後成績4:16:45,已經十分不錯了 賽前宣言: 初馬 上下坡,希望能無痛順利完賽(前題是要抽得到再說) 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
