11/22 在屏東慢跑
跟著陽兄及順哥一起騎機車去屏東跑馬拉松,
一到操場寄物完成,
就先暖身,
其實還沒開始天氣就熱了,
根本小跑一圈就覺得熱,
時間快到我跟陽兄及順哥就去準備,
起跑很順就一路順適跑,
跑回程時有遇到好多冰友,
跑到36太熱爆掉,
就維持6分速跑回終點,
手錶不到42公里,
還去補足42.2公里,
後段爆熱真是累丫!(第3代丫拖深藍)
回來休息時才陸續與南8組員拍照,
T12D7完成27+15公里。
