| Wow,破記錄了,破自己全馬最長時間,哈哈哈哈哈,跑到28k抽筋了,先抽左大腿再換右大腿然後是右小腿最後是左小腿,遇到一個好心的長庚醫生跑者“羅雲祥”幫我拉筋,結過邊拉邊抽瘋狂的循環呀!唉呀呀...最後跟中了itbs的守仁一起坐上救護車,省下2k在醫護站冰敷等回收車,實在是等太久很悶,就慢慢走慢慢跑完成了103年最後一場馬拉松。
