小感冒一直不會好.....今早開車出門本來很早的,卻忘了帶手錶在匝道前轉回火速回家,等到上了高速公路心理估算跟平常到會場的時間應該差不多,更糟的發生了我竟然想著想著開過頭下錯交流道xd(,本來想棄賽的...因為又到會場週邊根本無法停車捏,直到開賽前30分才到會場.....匆忙就位起跑後又發現我的能量包放在包包裡.只能靠補給站慢慢補><.一切的不順.在前10k我努力放輕鬆化解.可是當10k不久我的左側腹肌拉傷處又開始痛的我超不舒服的!!當下我閃過第2次棄賽的念頭.......可是撐到30k竟然發現一點也不痛了(小雀幸^^)尤其跑完後好舒服阿~(比上次遠東馬還進步了一些..嘖嘖)下週田中馬加油!!PS.持續跑步.堅持初衷.輕輕鬆鬆
