10K K-Swiss Run.
uphill->around 29min 30sec
downhill->around 24min 40sec
I can do 5min pace at first 3k.
But lower legs muscle getting tight,I had to slow down to reduce this syndrome.
After passing through turning point, I assume there are 3-mins delay to catch estimated leading pace.So
I try to catch up .(It once came that I have pace around 3 min/k XD at downhill way.)
Then getting back to flat ground, it' s not good news to my right lower back---it became tight again ...0rz
Every time I wanna to speed up or accelerate pace, it can't support my movement.
I had to run slower so that it won't get my way to finish race.
In the end, I can only do a little bit "SPPED UP" to pass finish line.
## I have to "fix" right-lower-back pain issue ; Otherwise I never be able to run as fast as I can!##
