先前報名的古都半馬被叫停了😭😭
早上看完東京馬直播後,看到大迫傑即使肋骨腹部不舒服的狀態下,還是破了日本紀錄後,真是令人熱血沸騰..
下午遛狗完後到自強時,很多人都快跑完了。
自己先慢跑幾圈後,再跟著籃Sir跑到他下課。
12K後我的跑褲的內裡在我變胖後又開始會摩擦胯下,差點就想提早下課...
堅持下去,最後還是跑完半馬!😄😄
