這場跨宗教的馬拉松,從小在佛光山山腳下長大的我,說什麼也要來參一腳。天氣冷對怕熱的我跑起來真是舒服,打定主意目標向320邁進,一開始出大馬路後不久就以4分30~40秒的速度穩定前進,但沒做好功課,路上看起來沒什麼爬坡,實際上一直在緩坡向上,以致後面尾勁不足,衰退太多。前半段補給站密集,但身體狀況不錯,只喝水、運動飲料,最後幾公里開始肚子餓,血醣降低,尤其進入山路,正需要吃的時候各個補給站卻只有水,爬坡爬到頭昏眼花,一度抽筋、喘不過氣,在折返點吃了一條香蕉(好大一條沒吃完),最後龜速爬進終點,這也給自己一個經驗,做為以後體力分配及食物補給的參考
賽後評分: 感謝兩大宗教團體的辛勞。建議後段補給站增加一些補充體力的食物、香蕉應切成3塊,可以一口吃就好,不要用一整條;不要用封裝的杯水,一般人跑過去喝不了那麼多,大部份都倒掉很可惜,通常只會喝一、兩口而已
