凌晨三點半起床前被雨聲吵醒,完了兒子本來要自己騎腳踏車去學校,這下背球具怎麼穿雨衣騎車,只好叫起床順便載去丟在學校旁7-11,等其他家長來接去比賽場地,真是可憐的小孩。
起跑2K後跟志恆一路併肩跑完全程,想說下雨天冷心率較低,看能不能幫他提早把速度維持住,結果不到十K就開到415直到折返因爲賽道跟補給因素亂了氣息跟雙腳肌肉的穩定性,然後就開始掙扎,還不到30就想放棄,進站都用走的,不過有隊友的好處就在能互相砥礪,時而我在後面死撐硬跟,時而他在後頭緊咬,前後進終點都很痛苦,直接躺地上讓雨淋了。感謝志恆不離不棄,雨中一同奔跑了42公里,我們都沒有放棄。
恭喜小學妹半馬1:55完賽(沒天理,月跑量只有60幾K)
阿弟轱最厲害,自己準備衣物,自己寄物 起跑 領物 換裝,十K順利跑完還有珍珠,改天可以放心帶他來玩了。
