高雄莊世鴻 第40馬:上星期一中午跑完右膝受傷腫脹難以彎曲連走路都會痛,熱敷了兩天效果有限,星期三星期四連兩天各抽了18CC及20CC發炎的水,一宏也連兩天幫我按摩伸展及貼紮,狀況有所改善,幾天休跑後還是決定星期日跑看看,目標五小時,昨天自己貼紮感覺效果好像比較好,今天起跑時很保守盡量以6分多速跑,開始跑時右膝股四頭肌肌腱會微痠,但跑起來還算輕鬆,跑到快到折返點也大概是半馬時右膝內側開始微痛起來,但還可以跑速度也不會掉太多,可是過30K後疼痛感有點明顯,到了近38.5K時右膝痛到跑不下去,本來還有機會跑在4:20~4:25之間,但只能跑跑走走,跑超過200m就可能會刺痛到跑不下去,走一段路又可以跑,但到最後1.2K時連走路都會微痛,但是到終點前的長直線道還是用跑的慢慢進終點,4:37完賽可接受,跑完休息時右膝關節持續抽痛,終點的冰塊被拿完了,只好回高雄請雲龍買冰塊冰敷及回家持續冰敷,希望明天沒有大礙. 賽前宣言: 連三年參加,希望一次比一次進步! 賽後評分: 補給豐富充足,但天氣實在炎熱,冰塊略嫌不足,其他各方面都很不錯! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
