| 第一次參加通霄馬,前18k是海邊堤防平路還很好跑 ,之後是山路一路上坡到好旺角,此時也是用跑的,21k下坡此時維持sub330配速,之後下坡衝太快造成36k左後大腿僵硬鐵腿了,此時只好走走跑跑以防抽筋,這情形持續到41k才好轉,之後還好能用跑的跑回終點,這次雖然沒能破330,但因賽前梨狀肌拉傷疏於練習,所以能336完賽也算是滿意了,尤其高手沒來幸運得到分1更是開心!😂😂
