| 可能是因為前幾屆評價太差的關係,所以這場報名的人數不多。我是覺得會場離家近,然後跑河濱應該起伏不大吧,所以就報名了。一開賽先用暖腳的配速前進,到了10K左右開始加速至四分速多,20K之後就又回到之前的配速,讓腳休息一下,到了預定計畫的30K,本來要第二次加速,可是不但加不了還一直掉速,最後在跌跌撞撞的情形下,算是勉強保住「破四」。 賽前宣言: 賽事地點不遠,列為今年全馬第一場比賽。 賽後評分: 賽道不錯,補給陽春,交管確實。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
