9/7中午的太陽大到不行,鋪了地墊的地板曬得發燙,赤足根本站不住。大會公告水溫27度,不開放防寒衣,游在湖水裡,水溫真的忽冷忽熱,就像三溫暖。順順游完兩圈,上岸處極窄,一陣激烈的大亂鬥後回到轉換區。此時天氣轉陰,心中一陣竊喜以為賺到了。沒想到騎車出發不久,下起傾盆大雨。積水讓車輪阻力變大,抵銷了天氣變涼的好處。騎車結束再度回到轉換區,稍稍整理一下已泡水的背包後趕快出發跑步,雨勢開始轉歇,天氣涼跑起來很舒服,但泡水的鞋襪感覺沉重無法大步邁開腳步(總要找些牽拖之詞...),所以也沒跑出好成績。結束後去列印成績,長長的排隊人龍卻只有一台印表機服務,往年兩台已經要等超久,索性就不排隊了,回家自己下載。就這樣完成了連續第四年參加的梅花湖三鐵,成績平平還是沒破PB。 賽前宣言: 加油! 賽後評分: 賽後成績列印仍然是大排長龍 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~140 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 140~158 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 158~163 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 163~173 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 173~178 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為178 點此去設定最大心率 |
