| 16:00時參加2019台南聖母廟月老姻緣紅線牽星光馬拉松賽,一路上悶熱異常,一長段在堤岸下邊跑雖然補給還可以,因為熱都沒有吃,只是一直喝水加冰塊降溫,一路上補給站也不敢多停留怕後面腳無力只好前面多跑點,果然30K後腳沒力了!只好漸漸降速,但後有追兵也不敢跑慢,37K後在聖母廟後面馬路上去回拉了好久才跑回終點,看手錶42.7K又多送了0.5K為何不計算到剛好呢?大家跑的真辛苦呀! 賽後評分: 補給算是不錯的!一路上水及冰塊都充足!還有水桶加冰塊可降溫!每站都設有活動廁所確實不多見!補給站設置也不少!有吃到冰淇淋、香蕉、葡萄!其它因為太熱都吃不下! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
