05:50時參加高雄馬拉松賽於高雄左營運動場館旁開跑,出左營一路往南經博愛路、中山一路、五福三路、駁二、鼓山三路回左營,再往北邊跑至梓官漁港繞一圈,過高雄大學回左營場館,由於自己練得不夠,18K後就漸漸掉速,所興就一路進站吃吃喝喝吧!跑完3:49分回終點,分組當然掉很大了!哈!
賽前宣言: 第四次參加!
賽後評分: 05:50時2019高雄國際馬拉松準時開跑,全馬、半馬同時開跑人多到不行,補給站很長,水跟飲料充足,只有幾站有水果及食物,一路上等了幾次紅綠燈,回終點後領成績證明大排長龍,餐盒就三個麵包打發,想喝水也不大方,真得改進。
