知道跑量不足.又沒練有強度的課程.
賽前一週右膝內側韌帶發炎.
所以賽前打算只求完賽就好.
全馬折返處1小時45分左右.回程經過獅頭山時.
雙腳明顯已經無力.加上有點抽筋的感覺.隨即
放慢了腳步. 最後免強完賽~
PS:我明明經過20幾秒才經過拱門.但是我的晶片時間也跟大會時間一樣.
