第一次丫拖超馬首航,一脫(拖)到底,真怕晚節不保(賤命)
近來受腳傷未痊癒狀態,利用丫拖交叉練跑、發現它Q彈好跑,
腳傷感覺較舒適⋯⋯

今天天涼好跑,特別是沒有太陽的晚上跑步。行前自我擬定
40圈(64k)為目標!現場視身體狀況調整,不給自己壓力不
勉強自己。配速當然有計劃:前4H配515,看能否撐到,後2H配545間。雖然補給站的內容普通,但是有水、運動飲料對我而言夠用了。我自己腰帶背能量膠(吃了5條),吃三包BCAA膠囊,
因全程涼爽沒怎麼出汗(衣服微濕),塩錠就沒呑了!
順順跑~開始時總7排名,到後來5H、6H一直是總6(前面太強了),大會只取到前5,我這年紀總6也是不錯了,不能跟小老弟爭啊(自不量力),況且好好跑分一一定得手,雖然10歳1組,且我也是頂上的老哥了,更慶幸今天的運氣(很滿足了)
無傷舒適完賽,且破了個人的場地pb⋯⋯
這樣的結果真是神奇的丫拖給的能量!
樂活跑不勉強一樣是跑步的初衷⋯⋯

ps:66大順的期許應該算是達成了,
末了41圏跑完還有2分半鐘左右時間,
