2015年剛好有中籤,
當年萬金石剛好申請銅標認證過關,
也是我第一場 Sub4,
所以今年得以免抽籤再跑一次
但台灣三月份賽事的氣候變化真是太大了...
而且因為萬金石的交通問題,
就像這次是搭03:30發車的接駁車
每次跑都幾乎都沒什麼睡到,
對這場賽事的參賽意願已經降到極低...
本來打算就維持 Sub4資格就好,
但是這兩個月的練習品質太過差,
今天跑起來格外辛苦,
五分半的配速心率區間竟然都快衝到Zone3的上緣,
最後在39K時決定放棄追逐 Sub4,
慢慢走回來...
就這樣慢慢走,
偶爾看到照相機小跑一下,
竟然有快抽筋的感覺,
該說是還好放棄的早嗎?
回終點後到更衣區換洗,
才知道只有帳篷沒有水可沖洗.
只好拿賽後發的小礦泉水簡單沖一下,
想到待會滿車坐滿大熱天跑馬且沒沖洗的跑友們....
早上我應該折返回家拿口罩的...
賽後評分: 聽說這場賽事是銀標,而且要繼續申請金標認證??
相較於我參加的上海馬,
我覺得萬金石的差距還有點大...
