路上也不斷提醒我:要跑快點~老娘很忙!
很幸運的今天氣候 路線都完美!
感謝跑友們的建議 一路以5分速壓到底!
但到35K後雙腳開始出現疼痛感~
抽蓄痛感從腳底板蔓延爬升到大腿深處...
想不出適當的言詞來表達我當時的悲哀
跑的要死不活的...
