拿著水壺,加件外套,把家鑰匙從圈上拆下來,喔,忘了,還有手機跟藍芽耳機,今天一個人跑步,需要聽點音樂~~沒有打算很認真跑,所以褲子就不換了,穿著家居的長褲就出門了。
跑了三公里,藍芽耳機沒電,宣布陣亡~ 好慘呀,我以為水壺很重,手機放在口袋很晃,沒有跑感,就已經夠慘的,沒想到連聽音樂的樂趣都被剝奪了。
沒有跑感,跑著跑著就想停下來休息(其實不累),乾脆給自己訂個條件,每三公里可以享受走路兩百公尺的福利,至少也要十五公里,才能開始耍廢...
還好,除了風景區人爆多跑不起來乾脆逛大街散步以外,大致上都是一口氣三公里或四公里的跑
跑回秀朗橋,手錶警報說沒電了,挖勒,為了避免自動關機資料喪失,趕快存檔(好險已經超過半馬距離了),後面只剩下三百公尺步道就算了,慢慢走吧!
