說要邊跑邊玩上去,還是半輕鬆半認真跑,上坡都跑跑走走,能跑的地方就跑,太陡的地方就走。折返到武嶺之後一路下坡才開始認真配速,保守配五分半以免腳不舒服。5:24順利完賽,女總11殘念未上凸,但已經很滿意自己的表現。
賽前宣言: 初超馬就挑這麼硬的我真是瘋了,但就是要這樣我才會努力準備!希望5個多小時跑得完,破五就不強求。
