| 2017台南秋季馬拉松,第5馬,隔了近三年終於破了PB,過程中砍掉重練的辛酸就不多說了....
作為今年的開學馬,原本目標是sub 4,然而近來早晨天氣適合跑步,所以開跑時心裡想的是挑戰sub 3:40。前28K很順利地以5分速左右穩定推進,然而後14K一來天氣開始變熱,二來肝醣也早已耗盡,掉速之餘大小腿都隱隱有抽筋的前兆,只好慢慢撐完最後10K。Sub 3:40雖然未能如願,但至少是將PB推進了4分鐘。
