| 第30馬冬山河100k,我的初百k9:47:11完賽,有達成賽前目標10小時內完賽,賽後大腿、小腿及膝蓋都沒事也沒有水泡,不過左腳蹠骨有點疼痛,今天早上原要恢復跑不過有點痛,跑一圈之後就放棄了。開賽天氣陰涼是我最喜歡的天氣跑起來相當順暢,第一圈20公里跑完手都還有一點微涼,在55k前狀況都維持的不錯,之後有點撞牆突然不想跑開始走走跑跑直到65k,不知是風開始大加上有樹蔭比較清涼,整個人又活過來又開始充滿活力,不過已跑了60幾k雖然覺得還可加速不過一抬高腿就有要抽筋的感覺只能順順跑,直到終點。 賽前宣言: 去年參加50k,今年要來晉級挑戰100k,雖然北大12小時跑得很爛,希望這場不要太差。 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~132 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 132~149 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 149~154 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 154~163 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 163~168 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為168 點此去設定最大心率 |
