從年初一直想挑戰百k
5:45才到會場 天還沒亮 匆匆整理一下沒多久便開始了
前40k全程6.7~6.6分速完成
到後面速度越掉越快 40~60k只剩均速8在跑
60k大腿開始緊繃了 想想後面還有一個全馬距離不禁開始擔心
88k時天果然開始暗了 不想天黑摸黑跑 但也實在沒辦法
大腿超緊的 跑跑走走 邊搥大腿 再跑跑
天黑後完全看不到地面 還要閃騎腳踏車的民眾 有些危險
90k最後一次的折返
看到一位大哥在抱怨 在家看電視就好還來這邊受罪 其他跑者跟民眾好言相勸繼續跑 他索性在站一邊不知道幹嘛 蠻無言的 你都已經拼到這了= =
到後面看看時間還來得及 不過還沒到全程用走的也能完賽的地步 一樣跑跑走走 一路上看到還沒過折返的跑者 他們之中有些人應該會被關門 拼一整天沒完賽真的很可惜
最後 12:43完賽 開心 灑花...大會還蠻嚴格執行 13小時說關就關 沒延長
賽後 我真的覺得超馬協會把我們當賽亞人 一整天下來補給都一樣(鹽、水、水果、巧克力、餅乾、黃色飲料甜甜的) 補給有三站只有這些 沒熱食 限13小時也蠻硬的 感覺大家相對也跑得蠻保守的 後來工作人員說會場折返處有鹹粥!! 我怎都沒看到!!QQ
紀念品發完用寄的 便當7:30說會到等到快8點才來 中間說晚10分鐘 有位大哥跟工作人員都快吵起來了 當時天氣冷又不知道幾點會來 我趕著搭車阿~~!!!
