| 昨天去拍冬山河超馬之後,不斷咳嗽,想說今天慘了!
七點準時出發,一路上跟著前人,幾乎是用接近五分速的速度來跑,雖然跑得還算順暢,但是有點會不會後繼無力?
沿著冬山河畔,優點是一路上優美的風景,缺點是有跑步完的河岸。路況很好,一路平坦,完全沒有波。到了半馬21km,看了時間是1:51,如果這速度維持下去(當然是不可能),之前個人PB是4:32,應該是可以刷新PB記錄,搞不好可以破四了?想起來有點興奮!
到了30km,時間是2:40,也許真的有希望!
一路上遇見Tako老師、Julia、Julia妹、立彬,大家都跑得很賣力啊!
