11/20(三) 【沒計劃的自主練習50k~~殘念】
路線~~前鎮之星-機場-中安路-鳳山溪自行道-台一線建國路-澄清湖-仁雄路-明誠路-愛河自行車道-美術館-河西路-興隆路-西臨港線-夢時代
怎跑得比比賽還累人
先瞄了小雞的50k路線圖,怕迷路所以就逆跑(結論是對的迷路了1~2個地方)
【1~5k】想看飛機所以就往機場方向前進,回程~拷~中山路上沒有人行道,喵的咧~跟機車爭道有夠刺激的
【14~15k】第一次迷路穿越台一線建國路橋,繼續前進有點偏僻的感覺,後來就折返了(前有惡犬擋路)回來又找不到人行天橋,只好硬上陸橋
【20~24k】20k(約2:06)到澄清湖口渴,想投販賣機一直找不到,爬了個坡在仁雄路7-11買了紅茶及可樂。
【29~30k】30k(約3:08)到愛河之心又把礙手的可樂給下肚了,每遇路口就是紅燈,就這樣停停跑跑的,體力也明顯下降了(只好自我安慰用核心跑不會累)
【39~40k】(約4:08)就在七賢路口等紅燈時天上一道光打在對面~救世主勳彥~說說話喝喝救命水,知道他要去駁二夜跑團跑步,一同前去路上有人喊我名字,但天色昏暗,抱歉沒認出你是誰SORRY
【42.8~45k】到海洋之心與他們會合~又口渴了,感謝楊振賢(希望別叫錯)借我喝運動飲料,哈拉拍照後,我就繼續前進了,身體冷了,突然間步伐慢了,就順順的跑完吧
