起跑時風咻咻叫,內心抗拒著19km好像被賈叫練看出來,隨著遇到恭璋,湯帥,顯達,加上正人夾帶,還是跑完了謝謝大家~

上大古山後心率飆好高195up,下坡後又降到155,這次對照自己的喘度是有準的,希望能記得這體感。另外深深的覺得,大腿肌有待加強。
