冬山河超馬,手電到75km沒電了~想不到第三圈就遇到亂流了,前40km上了兩次廁所加上補給花了不到4小時,第三圈由於太陽高掛加上本月練習不足,很快就沒力了,60km花了6小時20分,第四圈,則是腳底板由於鞋底太硬,無法負荷產生痠痛,難怪有一個大哥在接近60km的時候問我說,這雙能跑到後面嗎,他30km就換鞋了。
第四圈,到了70km的時候腳底板已經痛到不行,在75km的時候遇到騎腳踏車來找我的女友,由於已經達不到預定成績,加上不想讓女友擔心,第四圈回終點決定棄賽。
賽前11月跑量僅100km,這個結果相當合理,心滿意足,明年再來。
